Hire of powered access platforms for tree surgery and residential projects recurs throughout the feedback, and the support provided by the team is what customers describe most often. Several reviewers recount difficult jobs that were resolved with a practical solution, while others mention that equipment arrived ready for use and performed without problems.

Named employees Hayden, Paul and Jamie are singled out for their help, especially in matching the right machine to a task and arranging delivery at short notice, one customer receiving a large boom platform the following day. Reviewers repeatedly mention that pricing is keen for the equipment supplied, and that the polite and friendly manner of staff makes the company straightforward to deal with. Communication is praised at every stage, from the initial enquiry through to set-up assistance on site.

One thing mentioned again and again is the care shown towards customers, with trade users in tree surgery returning for plant they can depend on. Smaller items for domestic work are also covered, and the same helpful approach is reported whether the hire is large or modest. The consistent theme is dependable machinery backed by people who listen and respond, and that reliability of supply for tree work stands out across the accounts.
