Access equipment hired from The Platform Hire Centre generates consistent praise for the speed of response when kit is needed for breakdowns at customer sites, with arrival often described as occurring within an hour or two. Reliability and punctuality recur as themes, alongside communication that keeps clients informed from order through to delivery. The friendliness and professionalism of Kieron and the wider team is mentioned repeatedly for their readiness to help.

Several reviewers describe the IPAF training as very good and single out instructor Pindar for his helpful manner, while the cost of the course is called fair. The welcoming atmosphere during sessions is said to make the instruction easy to take in. A good variety of platform machines is another point that comes up often, giving customers practical options for different tasks. Dependable delivery, approachable staff and worthwhile training are what customers tend to mention, with the breadth of the equipment range and the instruction side of the business standing out as the parts that keep people coming back.
