Powered Access Solutions

Responsiveness and helpful staff come through as the defining strengths in accounts of this construction equipment supplier. Several buyers describe making an enquiry by telephone and receiving an answer without delay, with one caller noting the cheerful manner of the person who picked up and another praising the speed with which a request for several machines was handled. Barry, named in connection with the Swindon operation, is repeatedly mentioned as knowledgeable and willing to go beyond what was asked, particularly when equipment is needed at short notice; Lewis Stott at the head office is described in similar terms, friendly and resourceful under time pressure.

Reviewers also point to the reliability of the powered access machinery supplied and to prices that struck them as fair for the hire. The willingness to accommodate urgent requirements recurs across the feedback, as does the sense that staff treat each enquiry as worth proper attention. One thing mentioned again and again is how straightforward the process feels, from the first call through to collection of the hired equipment. Customers return to the company for repeat business and speak warmly of the individuals who assisted them.
