The company's legal entity is Ideal Scaffolding (East Anglia) Ltd. It is a local authorities approved contractor. It takes care of most of Norwich City's heritage buildings. For window fitters, roofing crews and building firms across the Norwich area, the recurring experience with this scaffolding and access hire contractor centres on reliability and speed. A handful of customers describe teams arriving exactly when promised, erecting scaffolding for fascia and guttering work, Velux window installations and other access projects, then returning promptly to take it down.

An aspect raised across a number of reviews is the professionalism of the crews, who are described as friendly and tidy, working efficiently even in freezing temperatures. The office side draws similar praise: Meg is repeatedly named for stepping in at short notice, rearranging other bookings so an urgent job could go ahead the following day, and keeping customers updated with photographs of the completed work.

Firms that have worked alongside the company on multiple contracts highlight consistent quality and dependability, from the initial booking through to completion. Reviewers also value the caring, tidy approach on site, leaving the scaffolding and surrounding area in good order once the job is finished. The result is a picture of a contractor trusted for window installations, roofing repairs and similar access work, where punctual erection and dismantling and clear communication are the themes customers return to.
